Board Director - Human Resources (Volunteer Position)
The HR Board Director provides strategic oversight and governance related to people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. This role supports the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities by ensuring appropriate human resources frameworks, leadership structures, and risk oversight are in place. The HR Board Director will chair the Human Resources Committee, which plays a key role in supporting the Board with executive oversight and monitoring organizational HR practices. As the Board transitions to a governance model, this role will increasingly focus on strategy, risk, and accountability while providing some oversight of HR practices.
Certification or Education Required
Human Resources and Related Experience.
