Event Logistics Coordinator

Join the Panel One as our Event Logistics Coordinator. You will be working specifically with our Sketch Sessions team and members of the board to assist in event logistics. 

Key responsibilities:
- Help our Sketch Sessions team by setting up registration, location bookings and posting on our membership channels.
- Participate in our Sketch Session planning meetings (once a quarter)
- Help on the logistics of larger events (i.e. Comic Expos) including artist coordination, volunteer schedules, etc. 
- Help on select logistics with the Panel One Festival.

The ideal candidate has:
- A love of organization, logistics planning and collaborating 
- An understanding of Discord, Eventbrite, Canva and Google Drive 
- A passion for local storytelling, comic books and art

Please note, this role will not require on-site support at events (unless you want to be there).
