Program Coordinator

We are a Registered Charity with the CRA, our focus is bringing awareness around domestic abuse and violence. Our journey and advocacy started when we lost Nadia El-Dib, who was violently murdered in Calgary on March 25th, 2018, in a case of domestic violence.

Our Mission:
To create a safe and supportive community that promotes healing and growth for survivors of domestic abuse. Through education, advocacy, and outreach, we aim to increase awareness about the impact of domestic abuse on individuals, families, and communities, and work towards preventing and ending all forms of domestic abuse.

Ensure our initiatives make a lasting impact by supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of foundation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day implementation and coordination of foundation programs.
• Monitor program effectiveness and assist in gathering feedback or evaluation data.
• Ensure all activities remain highly organized and aligned with organizational goals.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in program development and community impact.
• Dependable team player who can manage tasks independently.
• Commitment of 5-10 hours per month.
• Experience is an asset but not required.
