Our journey and advocacy started when we lost Nadia El-Dib, who was violently murdered in Calgary on March 25th, 2018, in a case of domestic violence. Our Mission: To create a safe and supportive community that promotes healing and growth for survivors of domestic abuse. Through education, advocacy, and outreach, we aim to increase awareness about the impact of domestic abuse on individuals, families, and communities, and work towards preventing and ending all forms of domestic abuse. Shape the public voice of Nadia’s Hope Foundation by managing our digital footprint and social media channels. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and create content for social media platforms, email, and promotional materials. • Engage with our online community to increase awareness and drive outreach efforts. • Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels. What we’re looking for: • Use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) and strong creative writing skills. • Passionate about digital marketing and community engagement. • Commitment of 5-10 hours per month. • Experience is an asset but not required.
