Tax Volunteer - Marlborough Park

Join our team as a tax volunteer! 

Under the supervision of the Marlborough staff, the Tax Volunteer will file taxes for lower income families and individuals. You will have access to a computer and the e-file software. 

Requirements:
- Must register with the CVITP program
- Proficient understanding of filing taxes and willing to review information on CVITP website.
- Submit a police background check with a vulnerable sector search. 
- Complete POPA training online
- Adhere to the volunteer agreement

Preference will be given to volunteers who are already hold a CRA account - it is a requirement to register as a tax preparer with CVITP. 

Shift:
Tuesdays from 12:45pm - 4:15pm (bi-monthly during tax season)
