Campaign & Content Assistant

3-5 hours / weekly

4 Month Term/ongoing

As a Campaign & Content Assistant, you will support the Campaigns and Digital Fundraising team with light execution tasks related to content, campaigns, and storytelling. 
The role focuses on clearly defined, time-bound tasks under staff direction. 

Responsibilities:
- Formatting email or social media/web content in templates 
- Proofreading campaign copy for spelling, links, and consistency 
- Transcribing interviews or testimonial videos 
- Pulling quotes and highlights from stories for campaigns 
- Organizing photos, files, and content folders within Teams 
- Assisting with basic campaign checklists or asset tracking 

Shift: Weekdays 3-5 hours/week - the team is flexible and will accommodate the right candidate. 

Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Must be approved by TMS staff
- Must complete and adhere to Volunteer Agreement
- Must complete a police background check
- Must complete protection of privacy training (formerly FOIP)
