This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with other Program Strategists to develop, implement, and evaluate the processes, procedures and policies of Empowered Futures' digital mentorship program. Establish onboarding content and training for incoming mentors and mentees Optimize the digital mentorship platform through feedback and testing Collaborate with Quality Assurance to monitor the effectiveness of the mentorship curriculum Qualifications: You are passionate about mentorship and want to inspire hope for the future generation of emerging adults You have previous experience in mentoring Previous experience in developing programs, business strategy, or other related fields is an asset Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members.
