ABOUT JANUS ACADEMY

Janus Academy was established in Calgary in 1997 as an accredited, independent, non-profit school to meet the unique educational needs of children with autism. From a modest beginning, we have grown to serve over 80 full-time students.

Families from across Canada have chosen to relocate to Calgary so their child can receive the intensive and innovative instruction offered at the Janus Academy. This is a testament to our effective teaching methodologies and the long-standing commitment Janus Academy has made to help students on the autism spectrum succeed.

The Janus Academy strives to be recognized as a leader in specialized education and holds immense pride of the facilitation of lifelong community integration of persons with autism.
