Join us for Ghouls’ Night Out, October 22–25, 2026! Thursday kicks things off with Adult Night, followed by three days of Halloween fun for families.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers aged 15 and older who enjoy interacting with guests and being part of a busy event team.

Available opportunities include:

Door Hosts: Welcome guests, answer questions and help manage entry at the Carnival tent, Atlas Lumber, Bakery and Upper Famous Five.

Line Monitors: Bring a friendly face to the Candy Store and Midway Treatery lineups, chat with guests, share directions and help keep pathways clear.

Front Gate Admissions Assistants: Welcome guests, check tickets and direct them to the appropriate lines.

Craft Assistants: Help guests choose and assemble crafts, hand out supplies and keep the craft area tidy. Openings on October 22 during Adult Night.

Carnival Supervisors: Help keep the carnival running smoothly by supporting volunteers, overseeing game stations, replenishing supplies and prizes, and helping with busy lineups. You’ll also be the main volunteer contact for event staff in the carnival area. Openings on all four dates.

Mourner/Hearse Assistant: Walk alongside the horse-drawn hearse and work with the driver to help keep guests a safe distance from the horses. Opening on October 25.

Role availability varies by date.
