Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, candidate selection)
Source applicants through various mediums including cold outreach, social media, and headhunting
Collaborate with committee members to discuss talent needs.
Attend bi-weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 10:30am (MST) and weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 6pm (MST)

Qualifications:

Preference for someone having 2+ years of experience in handling Recruitment
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
