If so, Design Week 2026 is for YOU! --- What is Design Week Calgary? Design Week Calgary is an annual celebration of the power of design, showcasing its impact across industries. From architecture and urban planning to visual arts, tech, and fashion, the festival brings together designers and the broader community to explore, connect, and inspire. Following a strong inaugural year, we’re building on that momentum to grow something even bigger in 2026. Taking place August 6 to 8, 2026, Design Week highlights the depth of Calgary’s design community while creating space for new voices, ideas, and collaborations. --- The 2026 Theme: In Tune This year, we invite you to get In Tune. To notice the rhythms of the city around us - its sounds, its spaces, its people - and find harmony within them. Through this lens, Design Week explores how design helps us attune to what is often overlooked, revealing new connections between the built world and everyday life. --- How Can You Get Involved? Join as a Volunteer (In-person) Want to be part of something meaningful? Join us as a Design Week volunteer and help bring the festival to life.
