Join the Re|Event Team – Many volunteer roles for a multi-day technology conference

We're on a mission to network with the leaders of the hospitality, medical, telecommunications, energy and agriculture industries by providing them with compelling talks and presentations on how technology is changing their world.

Be part of a dynamic team, organizing a large, multi-day technology event at the Telus Convention Center, downtown on Stephens Ave this summer.  

If you’d like to do more than attend Re|Event this summer and are eager to contribute, learn, and be part of the team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in a one hour team meeting every two weeks, where we’ll discuss the operational side of Re|Event and opportunities to help.  

Volunteers needed in the following areas: 
-	Graphic Design: Work with our large industry sponsors and help create graphic design both which will be proudly displayed on digital and on large scale physical media throughout the event.  

-	Marketing & Communications: We’re looking for people interested in media, marketing and social media influencing.  Leading up to the event in July, this team will be organizing a creative marketing & promotions campaign.  If you're familiar with Canva and Loom.ly, and want to be part of the campaign, let us know!

-	Event Logistics: We’re also looking for detail-oriented event coordinators who want to support and enhance event logistics and the program schedule.
