Casino Fundraiser - February 26 & 27, 2026

Discovery House is a registered charity dedicated to empowering people who've experienced family violence with the space, supports, and skills to imagine and create a better life. Since opening our doors in 1980, we have served thousands of women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Our casino fundraiser takes place Thursday February 26th and Friday February 27th at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. We are recruiting for the following positions. Training, food, parking and transportation reimbursement provided.

Casino Positions:
General Manager/ Alternate General Manager
Banker
Cashier
Count Room Supervisor
Count Room Staff
Chip Runner

Shift Times:
11AM-7PM & 10:30PM-3:30AM

All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
Volunteers may not play casino games at Deerfoot Inn & Casino for the duration of the casino event.
