Event Support - CUPS Classic Golf Tournament (morning shift)

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the CUPS Charity Golf Tournament a success! Whether you're an early riser or available in the afternoon, your support will go a long way in creating a seamless and enjoyable event experience. 

Volunteer Shift Available:
3 volunteers needed | 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:
 
-Setting up stations and golf holes
-Assisting with welcome station set-up and tear-down
-Helping golfers download and navigate the scoring app
-Supporting the sale of online 50/50 raffle tickets
-Shuttling volunteers and/or supplies between stations and the clubhouse (if comfortable driving a cart)
-Providing general event support as needed
-Light lifting, bending, and organizing supplies

What to Expect:
 
-This is an outdoor event – be prepared for warm weather
-Volunteers should be comfortable taking direction and responding quickly to on-site needs
-Tasks may involve moving around and light physical activity
-Transportation to the venue is not provided and is only accessible by car
-Bonus if you have golf knowledge or are comfortable driving a golf cart (not required)
