Volunteer Graphic Designer

Opportunity Summary
Create clear, professional, culturally grounded visual materials that strengthen CBEE Prairies’ programs, events, outreach, and public identity.
What You Will Do
·   Design social media graphics, event flyers, program materials, presentations, simple infographics, and outreach resources.
·   Apply CBEE’s visual identity consistently across digital and print materials.
·   Translate content briefs into accessible, audience-appropriate designs.
·   Prepare correctly sized files for social media, web, email, presentations, and print.
·   Work with the Social Media and Event Coordinators to plan creative needs and meet campaign deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
·   A working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or comparable design tools.
·   A portfolio or samples demonstrating layout, typography, colour, and visual communication skills.
·   Ability to follow brand guidance while contributing thoughtful creative ideas.
·   Good time management, file organization, and responsiveness.
Primary Responsibilities

·   Prepare correctly sized files for social media, web, email, presentations, and print.
·   Work with the Social Media and Event Coordinators to plan creative needs and meet campaign deadlines.
·   Maintain editable source files, templates, and a well-organized shared asset library.
·   Revise designs based on clear, consolidated feedback and obtain approval before public release.
