Digital Product Optimization Specialist (Website & E-Commerce)

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate volunteer to help us analyze and improve our digital products on our website. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in UI/UX design, content strategy, and e-commerce optimization while making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

Review and audit existing digital products (courses, templates, downloads).
Identify areas for improvement in design, usability, and content.
Suggest and implement changes to enhance user experience and conversions.
Optimize product descriptions, visuals, and layout.
Collaborate on marketing ideas to improve engagement.
Provide a summary report of improvements made.


Skills & Qualifications:

Interest or experience in web design, UI/UX, or digital marketing.
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Kajabi, or similar.
Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion optimization.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
