About CareBridge
CareBridge Documentation helps individuals prepare the right support letters and documents before they apply for housing, income assistance, disability benefits, and other essential services. Our goal is simple: help people submit things correctly the first time and avoid delays or rejections.

Why This Role Matters
We are building a Research & Development (R&D) Team to study where people get stuck in the application process and turn those findings into better templates, guides, and resources for the community.

Your work will focus on understanding documentation and intake challenges connected to:

Calgary Housing Company
Alberta Supports
AISH
Income Support Alberta
Service Canada

What You’ll Do
Contact agencies using a simple script
Ask about common documentation mistakes and intake issues
Take organized notes (no personal client info)
Identify patterns in what causes delays or confusion
Share weekly findings with the CareBridge team

You are helping us build knowledge that improves access to services for everyone.

Who We’re Looking For
You do not need experience in social work or policy.

You are a great fit if you are:
Curious and observant
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Organized with notes
Professional and respectful
Interested in community impact

Time Commitment
2–4 hours per week (flexible)
Remote work
Training and script provided
