Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Volunteer Operations & People Coordinator to support internal administration, volunteer coordination, and documentation systems.

This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit operations, HR, administration, or community work.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate volunteer onboarding and records

Organize folders and templates in OneDrive

Prepare certificates and recommendation letters

Schedule meetings and send calendar invites

Support internal email communication and follow-ups

Ideal Candidate

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable with email, scheduling, and file systems

Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Interest in nonprofit or community-based work
