CCMF Alberta seeks to address the existing gap in men’s mental health support by compassionately meeting men where they’re at, so they feel heard and validated. We approach men’s concerns from a positive and strengths-based perspective and offer them somewhere to belong.

Our programs have expanded to accommodate a 6-fold increase in client inquiries over the last two years. With worsened mental health compared to before the pandemic, we expect this trend to continue. Our suite of programs encourages men’s agency and helps equip fathers to realize improved mental health. They can better manage stressful situations which result in optimal parenting outcomes and reduced family violence.

Improving men’s mental health empowers them to be better dads, safer workers, and more engaged contributing members of their communities.
