Canadian Association for Participatory Development (CAPD)

We support participatory community development initiatives with people disadvantaged by circumstance or disability in Colombia. Our goal is to promote collective actions that enhance development of knowledge, leadership, and volunteerism and that lead to enhanced quality of life and dignity. Our three programs benefit mainly rural Colombian communities through education assistance, household water treatment systems and opportunities for people with disability.
