Board Member - Director of Fund Development

We are seeking someone to join our Board of Directors as the Director of Fund Development.

This role will provide strategic oversight and leadership in fundraising endeavors, ensuring the financial sustainability of CATF’s mission-driven initiatives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Oversight and Support:
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and the Fundraising Committee to provide expert guidance and support in fund development strategies and donor recognition.
- Contribute to a robust fundraising plan, identifying and cultivating new funding opportunities while enhancing donor stewardship practices.

Board Governance and Leadership:
- Participate actively in board meetings, leveraging expertise to evaluate, recommend and approve strategic decisions that advance CATF’s mission and objectives.
- Engage in ongoing evaluation of CATF’s impact, performance and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
