Join the CWC PCN Patient Advisory Council!

Make a difference for patients and families throughout our region by joining our Patient Advisory Council (PAC).
Since 2006, the Calgary West Central Primary Care Network (CWC PCN) has helped meet the health needs of the city’s growing and aging population by providing services to more than 500 family physicians and their patients. 
The CWC PCN's PAC involves members of the community in our initiatives to ensure patients and families are true partners in primary care. We are committed to collaborating with patients and families to plan and deliver safe, high-quality healthcare services.
