Mission: CSCO is a non-profit agency dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse needs in building community relationships, by offering them the opportunity to realize their recreational, educational and volunteer capabilities. Goals: To provide meaningful activities for participants with developmental disabilities; To promote and facilitate the participants rights to make choices and decisions to the best of their ability. Objectives: To encourage and facilitate community inclusion and integration of individuals; To develop community based supports; To establish a place where participants can receive individualized programming and support to enable participants to find and maximize their potential.
We provide: a community access day program; numerous onsite programs such as drumming, dancing, singing, academic programs, money skills, cooking, crocheting, armchair travel, first aid, rights and responsibilities, boundaries and rights and responsibilities workshops, art, fitness and
sports. Offsite programming at a variety of community venues such as recreation centres, libraries, volunteer placements, seniors facilities, bowling allies, etc.
