WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUALS
LOOKING TO MAKE AN IMPACT!

Calgary Apraxia is a charity organization that
runs programs, events and summer camps
for children and families affected by Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE:
-General Volunteer: from small events throughout the year to
our big fundraising/awareness event in May. We aim to
promote awareness and build community
-Board Members/Assistants: if you’re looking to get even more
involved, we have more behind the scene opportunities
-Summer Camps: weekly day camp that is designed for
children with Apraxia. Includes activities, crafts and outings.
Ages 3-12 (dependent on week).

Please note that our volunteers working closely with the children will require a police background check that is discounted with a written volunteer letter. 

Whether you have experience in working with children, or a genuine interest in helping those with speech challenges, your time and efforts will make a meaningful difference.
