We’re looking for an upbeat, outgoing, and motivated young adult (17–25) to join us as our Partnerships & Resource Development Lead! What You'll Do -You'll help us find the people and resources that make our projects possible. This includes: Reaching out to businesses and organizations about partnerships -Finding in-kind donations such as lumber, paint, tools, hardware, books, printing, and other project materials -Connecting with local companies, nonprofits, community organizations, and potential sponsors -Building and maintaining relationships with community partners -Finding creative ways to get resources donated or discounted -Helping develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities -Keeping track of contacts, outreach, donations, and partnerships -Representing Brick by Brick in a friendly and professional way Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: -Is 17–25 years old -Has previous experience volunteering or working with a nonprofit, community organization, or youth-led initiative -Is upbeat, friendly, confident, and comfortable reaching out to new people -Is a strong communicator and isn't afraid to send an email, make an introduction, or follow up -Is organized and able to keep track of multiple conversations and opportunities -Is excited about community service and youth leadership -Takes initiative and can work independently -Lives in Calgary or is familiar with the Calgary community -Experience with fundraising, sponsorships, community outreach, business development, or partnership building is an asset, but you don't need to be an expert! Time Commitment -Approximately 5-9 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Some work can be completed virtually. Why Join Brick by Brick?
