We are a non-profit, business-supported organization that sets and upholds high standards for fair and honest business behaviour. BBB invests heavily in community outreach and education to ensure students, seniors, newcomers, homeowners and other consumer groups are well equipped to navigate the modern marketplace. We also offer training opportunities for business owners in ethics, marketing, finance and other topics through regular presentations, workshops and networking opportunities. All this towards our mission of advancing marketplace trust.
