Axé Society for Capoeira is a non-profit organization operating in Calgary since 2005 and is dedicated to the celebration of Brazilian culture through Capoeira, a martial art created by African and Indigenous enslaved people. Our member base mostly consists of children, youth, and families and it is our mission to create accessible sport to Calgarians.
