Aurrin Ventures is building a founder-first community in Calgary for very early-stage entrepreneurs. We run a monthly pitch competition where unfunded founders can test ideas, receive feedback from experienced entrepreneurs, and compete for a $500 microgrant in a low-pressure environment.

As a Venture Scout, you help us find the founders who need this support the most.

This role is ideal if you are curious, plugged into student, startup, or creative communities, and enjoy discovering ideas early. You will act as the “front door” to Aurrin Ventures, helping founders learn about our pitch nights and encouraging them to apply or attend.

This is a flexible, relationship-driven role with real responsibility and visibility.
