About Art and Creative Skills Collective Art and Creative Skills Collective (ACSC) is a Calgary-based nonprofit that empowers youth to explore identity, wellness, and social change through the arts. Our programs create inclusive spaces for young people to express themselves, build confidence, and use creativity as a tool for connection and community impact. Position Summary We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to support our arts programs and activities. This role involves contributing to the development and facilitation of art-based workshops, supporting youth in their creative expression, and assisting with the overall delivery of arts programming. This opportunity is ideal for a Fine Arts student who is interested in applying their artistic practice in a community setting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, collaborative, and passionate about youth engagement and arts for wellness.
Certification or Education Required
Qualifications - Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field - Background in Fine Arts (e.g., painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, media arts, etc.) - Interest in community arts, facilitation, and youth engagement - Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment - A creative, empathetic, and proactive approach to teamwork Please apply even if y
