Fundraising Coordination: Coordinate fundraising events such as galas, charity auctions, and charity runs. Collaborate with sponsors, donors, and partners.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and social media manager to promote events and develop impactful marketing materials.
Event Execution and Management
Logistics: Handle venue selection, permits, catering, and audio-visual needs to ensure smooth event execution.
Volunteer and Speaker Coordination: Manage volunteer roles and coordinate with guest speakers who align with organizational values.
Sponsorship, Impact, and Ethical Standards
Sponsorship and Donor Relations: Secure sponsorships and cultivate donor relationships to enhance fundraising.
Impact Measurement: Develop mechanisms to measure and refine the impact of events based on data.
