VOLUNTEER PERFORMERS WANTED – TIAN JIN EIGHT GENERALS

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Tian Jin Eight Generals cultural performance team!

Tian Jin Eight Generals is a traditional Taiwanese folk performance rooted in Taiwanese temple and religious culture. Performers portray powerful guardian figures through distinctive costumes, makeup, movements, and formations.

We are looking for:
- Volunteer performers who are interested in Taiwanese culture and traditional arts
- People with an interest in dance, theater, martial arts, or cultural performance
- Energetic, responsible, and committed individuals
- Previous performance experience is welcome, but not required
- All genders and cultural backgrounds are welcome
- Training will be provided!

Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn:
- Traditional Ba Jia Jiang movements and formations
- Character roles and performance techniques
- Traditional costumes and makeup
- The cultural history and meaning behind Ba Jia Jiang

This is a volunteer, unpaid cultural performance opportunity.
No experience is necessary. We are looking for people who are willing to learn, practice, work as a team, and help share and preserve an important part of Taiwanese traditional culture.
