Burnaby Arts Council

The Burnaby Arts Council (BAC) is a non-profit organization that has been active in promoting the Arts in Burnaby for over 50 years. The BAC exists first and foremost as a hub for artists across all disciplines. Our goal is to support the Burnaby arts community by creating exhibition and performance opportunities, educating artists and community members and engaging art lovers in the programming that we provide. We operate the Deer Lake Gallery, featuring visual art exhibitions by local, emerging and established artists, as well as hosting a variety of talks, workshops and special events. We seek to reinforce the idea that the arts contribute significantly to the quality of life in Burnaby.
