Join the Holiday Hive Market at Metrotown Mall hosted by the Burnaby Farmers Market this holiday season!

The AFMS (Artisan Farmers' Market Society), which runs the Burnaby Artisan Farmers' Market, is a non-profit organization with a plan to provide local communities with locally grown foods, farm products, and other locally made products. We host markets to facilitate a direct producer-to-consumer relationship. By providing this service, we aim to preserve and promote local agriculture, enhance local community, and improve the overall quality of life.

Volunteer shifts:
Saturday, December 6th & Sunday, December 7th
Morning Shift- 7:30am - 12:30pm
Afternoon Shift- 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Location: 
Metrotown Mall- Outdoors by the Central Blvd doors by the dolphin pond. We are located across from the Metrotown Skytrain station. 

Here's what you'll be doing...along with having LOTS of fun!
-Directing vendors to the load in/out areas/ Managing vehicle traffic
-Set up/dismantle 10' x 10' pop up tents, tables & chairs in designated spots
-Erect signage around the event
-Assist vendors with transporting their equipment to and from their vehicles with AFMS wagons
-Engaging with the public and answering any questions they have about the event
