Board Director, Member-at-large

2-10 hours / monthly
Up to 2 year terms x 3 terms
AMSSA is a unique B.C. province-wide association that strengthens over 90 member agencies as well as hundreds of community stakeholder agencies who serve immigrants and newcomers, and build culturally inclusive communities, with the knowledge, resources and support they need to fulfill their mandates.

Serving on AMSSA’s Board of Directors is an opportunity to contribute to sector-wide impact and support an evolving settlement landscape. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about community, bring diverse perspectives and experience, and are interested in shaping strategic direction, strengthening governance, and building meaningful relationships across our network. This role offers a chance to lead, learn, and be part of meaningful systems change.

Additional Details & Skills Required
Onboarding and training will be provided through a Board Manual and mentorship with current Board Members.
