For nearly three decades, Rotary Burlington Lakeshore has organized one the largest and most successful community fundraising events raising over 5 million dollars for charitable causes in the community and around the world. The Rotary Burlington Lakeshore with about 70 members, is one of the largest service clubs in the area. The club was chartered in 1972 and has been helping make a difference in people’s lives not only in the Burlington community with humanitarian aid and scholarship awards, but around the world through various international initiatives including the global PolioPlus eradication Initiative
