Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
As a Community Ambassador, you will represent the Centre for Diverse Learners at the Telling Tales Festival. This is an opportunity to engage with families, educators, and community members, while helping raise awareness about our programs and services that support neurodiverse children and youth.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to our booth with a friendly and approachable manner
- Share information about the Centre for Diverse Learners and our programs
- Hand out flyers, brochures, and resources to attendees
- Encourage visitors to sign up for newsletters, volunteer opportunities, or upcoming programs
- Answer general questions or direct attendees to staff if needed
- Help maintain the booth setup and ensure it is tidy and inviting

Time Commitment
- One 4-hour shift (either morning or afternoon) on October 4 or 5

Ideal Candidate
-Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with the public
-Passionate about supporting neurodiverse children and families
-Reliable and punctual
-Enjoys being part of a team and engaging in a fun, family-focused environment
