Black Eco Bloom

Black Eco Bloom is a new sustainable development organization that focuses on supporting individuals who identify with the Black woman experience in their journeys in the environmental sector in Canada and abroad. We want to create a space that nurtures Black women, Black transgender women and Black non-binary individuals to be leaders in the environmental sector. Our volunteers will gain experience in a startup environment and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Black eco bloom uses an intersectional approach to support the resilience of Black communities to climate change with a focus on supporting Black women, Black transgender women and Black non-binary individuals in the environmental sector through education, mentorship, training and skill development, and green sector-specific knowledge.
