2024 BRACKENDALE FALL FAIR EXHIBIT COMPETITION JUDGES

•	Work with Exhibition Competition Judge Coordinator
•	Have knowledge of the section and /or classes you have volunteered to judge   
•	Ensure you read through the judge’s information package before judging night. 
   -An information package will be emailed to you prior to judging night which is the Friday night before Fall Fair day.
 -Please arrive to the Exhibit Competition tent by 6:30 pm as judging starts at 7:00 pm and finishes approximately 9:30 pm. 
The exception being the Judging of the animals on the morning of the fair. 
- Arrival time for the animal judge is 9:00 am on Fall Fair day.
- Training will be provided prior to judging.
- Please ensure your printing of names and phone numbers on the judging sheet is legible for the Tally Coordinators

Section E Canning and Preserves - 4 Judges   
Section F Honey and Eggs - 1 Judge   
Section G Wine, Homemade - 1 Judge  
Section H Wood Craft - 2 judges  
Section I Home Baking - 4 Judges  
Section J Photography - 2 judges   
Section K Needlework and Textiles - 4 judges   
Section L Art and Crafts - 6 Judges   
Section M Recycled - 2 judges  
Section N Animals - 1 Judge required for morning of Fall Fair 9 to 10 am
