Bowen Island Health Centre Foundation

The Bowen Island Health Centre Foundation was formed to establish a purpose-built facility and bring doctors, nurse practitioners, social workers and other health care professionals together to deliver primary health care, after hours and urgent care services close to home for Bowen Island residents and visitors. With the generous support of more than 550 families on Bowen Island, we have raised more than $8 million to build the Bowen Island Community Health Centre, which we will proudly open in 2024. When the health centre building opens, the Bowen Island Health Centre Foundation will provide ongoing oversight and support for the health centre.
