About the Role

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, and community impact? As a Fund Development Assistant, you’ll support initiatives that help sustain and grow our programs.

What You’ll Do

Assist with researching potential donors, grants, and sponsorships
Assist in writing and submitting grant proposals and follow-up
Support the creation of fundraising materials (emails, social posts, presentations)
Help organize and promote fundraising campaigns or events
Maintain simple tracking lists or donor databases
Collaborate with team members on outreach strategies
Contribute creative ideas to increase community engagement


Who You Are

A motivated individual seeking experience
Interested in nonprofits, fundraising, marketing, or community work
Strong written communication skills (or eager to improve)
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with social media, grant writing or basic research is an asset
