the Special Olympics Airdrie swimming season runs Oct through April each year, with seasonal breaks, Sun 3-4pm and Wed 7-8pm. Ideal candidate would have 
-NCCP swim coach (level 1 or greater) and NCCP SO coach, OR willing to take them.
-Strong technical knowledge of all swimming strokes, starts, turns, etc. 
-Ability to teach technique to a wide range of athlete abilities and comprehension. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills to meet athletes at their level. 
-Organizational skills for entering meets, organizing athletes and ensuring there are enough volunteers
