Airdrie & District Hospice Society

The need for Palliative Care in Airdrie & District developed through the collective desire of community citizens to improve support for families and individuals at the end of life. A small group of dedicated individuals came together to support this concept and formed the Airdrie & District Hospice Society in February of 2011. The Society strongly believes their neighbours, friends and loved ones wish to be supported in the community while experiencing palliative illnesses.
