Conference Event Coordinators - Non-Profit Leadership Conference

777 Columbia St, New Westminster, BC, New Westminster, BC, V3M 1B6 [map]
About Us
Vantage Point is a British Columbia non-profit that serves other BC non-profits. We convene, connect, and equip leaders to lift organizational capacity and elevate the non-profit sector.
With our main office situated on the unceded and stolen lands of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) nations, Vantage Point provides high quality, practical education, facilitation, and consulting support to BC’s non-profit sector as well as programs that support sector success through convening, facilitation, and advocacy. We offer programs and services to non-profits across the lands of over 200 distinct First Nations.
Vantage Point is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive team and providing equitable opportunities in our recruitment processes. Individuals with life experience and knowledge of promising practices in EDI are encouraged to apply. Vantage Point is particularly interested in considering applications from Indigenous, Black, Asian, Latinx, Indigequeer, Two-Spirited, and LGBTQ+ communities, people with disabilities, or people who hold otherwise traditionally marginalized identities to reflect the sector we serve and our collective communities.

British Columbia Non-Profit Leadership Conference
Vantage Point’s annual conference is an event designed to provide non-profit leaders with renewed energy and confidence through learning, connection, and dialogue.
Consistent with past years, we envision participants coming away from this conference feeling supported and inspired by the leadership of our sector. The 2024 BC Non-Profit Leadership Conference theme will centre on the concept of collective strength, inspired and directed by the key issues and areas of importance shared with us by our communities, delivered by our skilled and knowledgeable facilitators. We recognize that BC non-profits significantly contribute to healthy, connected, and resilient communities. We, ourselves, need opportunities to build our capacity, knowledge, and connections, so that we can do our work in community more effectively. We anticipate this conference will be one to inspire, inform, and connect our community and our work together.
