Registration volunteers needed for Wings Over the Rockies festival in Invermere, BC!

Work as part of a team to provide the following support (by phone and email):
> assist Wings clients who are trying to purchase tickets online
> respond to Wings clients who need assistance or have event registration related issues or questions
> monitor Wings gmail account for client inquiries which may come via phone messages or emails, and respond to same, recording the issues and resolutions in the Festival log
Volunteers will need to supply their own personal computer or phone. Training will be offered remotely and volunteers will be supported by the registration coordinator. Volunteers can work remotely.
