Volunteer Coffee Group Host

Condo Owners Forum (COF) is all about helping Condo Owners learn about Condos.

As the Volunteer Coffee Group Host, you are one of the faces leading our online or in person coffee group.  Condo living can come with many questions, and our coffee chats are designed to help clear some of the mystery.  You'll be our host to help facilitate the conversation and questions throughout the one hour session. Most of our coffee groups are online and an hour long, but there will occasionally be some in-person.  Hosts choose which sessions they can help out with.  

You'll be working within a group that has tech support, coffee group hosts, event coordinators and marketing coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Coffee Group Host:
- On brand, on message
- Attend at least 15 minutes early to welcome attendees.
- Introduce COF and the coffee group to attendees.
- Coordinate attendee questions
- Facilitate the group so that the majority of questions are answered 
- Follow up with attendees to answer any unanswered questions

Qualifications and Skills:
- Collaborate within our Google Workspace
- Teamwork and multitasking are your middle names.
- You're all about being a great host and making people feel welcome.
