Telephone Outreach Volunteer

STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC-SIAC) is a registered not for profit global program that specializes in an advanced, bar-none STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, designed to teach students in the STEM fields, yielding globally competitive results.

Duties:
- Using our virtual phone system, volunteers will make calls contacting our community partners, businesses, and stakeholders on the phone to advise them about our Giving Tuesday campaign. Volunteers will also be advising them about our upcoming charity bowlathon event.
- Some calls will be invitations to participate.
- Volunteers in this area will also be required to note down key information that has resulted from the call.
- Calls may be done in one or two hour shifts to a maximum of four hours per week for 6 weeks.
