Customer Engagement and Conflict Resolution - Volunteer

STEM Montessori Academy of Canada (SMAC-SIAC) is a registered not for profit global program that specializes in an advanced, bar-none STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, designed to teach students in the STEM fields, yielding globally competitive results.

- Ensure customers receive a timely and positive response to their complaints.
- Help with positive resolution with stakeholders while adhering to the guidelines of the organization.
- Strive to achieve positive measures and outcomes to resolving client complaints.
- Proactively deal with client inquiries.
- Provides feedback to our internal teams.
