We offer hands-on learning programs such as portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and design challenges, all run by mentors from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.

About the Role

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to build a partnership team at the IterateUX foundation. The aim is to establish credibility and forge strong relationships with companies that align with our mission and can mutually support each other's goals. It's vital to collaborate with design or tech businesses and organizations to create robust value in this competitive landscape. Therefore, our partnership strategy will be defined based on mutual interests and growth opportunities.

As a Manager you will:

Develop and guide the strategic direction of partnership initiatives.
Foster partnerships with relevant organizations, companies, and institutions.
Collaborate closely with the founder to identify potential partnership avenues.
Assemble a small team to appropriately delegate tasks.
Monitor partnership metrics and assess their effectiveness.
Manage resources for partnership activities.
Provide guidance and support to the coordinator and other team members.
Determine the tools that the team will use.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 months commitment.
Commit 8-10 hours per week (everyday availability Mn-Fr).
Preferably Located in North America or as close to the PST time zone as possible (Canada or USA).
Skills: strategic planning, team management, leadership, outspoken to build relationships.
