Video Post Production Supervisor/Producer - Willing to train - Protecting Kids Online

We are DEFEND, a nonprofit looking to protect children and vulnerable people online. 

We are producing a lot of video content and have two video editors (and animators). We are looking for a post-production supervisor or producer that will guide the final look of video projects and support the editors. 

You will be: 
-Working with inline editors
-Developing a visual plan for the final cut
-Sourcing stock footage (we work with Artgrid) or coming up with needs-lists for the editors
-Communicating with the team leadership to discuss needs for the editors
-Helping to support the editors with achieving a vision that is inline with our mission
