Buds in Bloom | Bourgeons en Éclat, non-profit children organization, is looking for a volunteer with proficiency in administration responsibilities to assist the President in advancing the mission. Responsibilities include overseeing that deliverables by team members are met on time, monitoring and managing fundraising documents, email and phone communications, data entry, to name a few responsibilities.

Having an ease and proven record of seamless and efficient administrative work, and strong communication with stakeholders, team and Board members are required.

The change you will bring with your volunteering is raised awareness about the cause, while facilitating relief, hope and empowerment to families living with a child at risk for or who has a disability.

Time Commitment: 30- to 60-minute weekly meetings are held in person and/ or by telephone or video-conferencing, or as needed. Email communications in between meetings are also used as needed to send reminders and help keep team members accountable. The minimum time commitment over seven months is about 60 hours or 2 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible. A long term part time mandate is preferred. Letter of reference and attestation of hours worked available upon request after first term is completed.
